She’s a nice enough character but she’s got some issues. As for Beth herself, while I understood her need for independence, I don’t understand why she was so fierce about it. Very disappointed because the first book in this series was so good! Kevin is sad about this too because he really liked Beth and keeps thinking about her in the coming weeks. Okay, she has issues. My only complaint about this book is that the character undeniagly Beth shanmon me nuts.

I was so happy to see Kevin stand up for himself at the end, yors be hours to let Beth go for his own sanity. I guess the hunt goes on! Every little thing he did trying to make things easier for her, she had to argue about.
She tries to blow him off again but they encounter each other again after the reception and end up spending a night together. She tries to keep her distance from Kevin but, by last call, Ubdeniably can’t say no to his too-blue eyes or the invitation back to his room.

The littlest member of the family was beyond adorable and I found myself smirking every time he would talk to the baby. Beth eventually caves and moves into the apartment across from Kevin. He’s the standard by which your mother compares all of your boyfriends Waitress Beth and bar-owner Kevin have a one-night stand that leads to a pregnancy.

She’s just protecting herself, and thinking with her brain mostly rather than other parts of her anatomy. He’s not your average player even though he could easily live like o I’m so glad that this book was about Kevin Kowalski since he seemed like the only sibling who got a bum deal in the last book and I wanted a happily ever after for him.
I think to describe it as independence is a bit strong, but it’s more that she wants to protect herself and her baby from negative outcomes by fending for herself as much as she can.
